Family friendly fun. The only place for older to tennis aged kids to really enjoy during winter.
If I could give a 0, I would. This was our first and last experience with Urban Air. The staff treated us and our 5 children terribly. Constantly yelling at the children even screaming at them to get up after they fell from jumping. The kids were yelled at for being in the ball pit too long and being too close to one another. It was extremely strict and there were only about 6 families in the place. My niece ended up crying because of the way staff were talking to her. Three of my five children wanted to leave within 10 minutes of being there. We were told the rock wall was included. When the kids waited in line, they were told they didn't have the right wrist band. I asked the same staff why they couldn't do the rock wall since she said it was included. She said I must have misspoken and walked away. One of my children left after 45 minutes, 2 of them sat with me most of the time because they didn't want to be near the staff, and we left after an hour and a half because of how we were treated. We had to buy the Urban Air socks which was frustrating. I have seen similar reviews like my experience. I would NOT recommend going to this place.
We had a birthday for my son on November 17. The whole birthday package experience was great! Hailee was the perfect server. The kids had a blast! Super happy with everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Uncomfortable seating. Folding picnic tables aren't made for that kind of heavy use and many are wobbling. No power access. Not allowed to bring a reusable water bottle in.... also won't give you a cup for water... very disappointed. Go to Slinky Action Zone.
On a day where we were one of maybe 4 families at the park, you would think the staff would do all they could to make for a fun and entertaining atmosphere. Instead, we were harassed at every corner of the park. Can't go here or there. Can't sit with your child in this section because you don't have this band or that band. You can't wear those socks because they came from another competitor.
Imagine going to a football game wearing a different jersey than the stadium you were at and unless you buy a jersey from them, you are not welcome.
I give props to the staff because we were approached by about 4 people about the socks so they were trained well, but shame on corporate for having such a dumb rule. 🙄
It's nice for a day out. Prices for entry make a membership worth it if you have a high flyer. I personally think glow nights are the most affordable if you don't come often.
The dj is fired, though, and more parents need to get off their phones. I got kicked in the head twice by this kid already, Good time for all except I had to get a CT scan after. My nephew was being cornered and bullied along with one of the bully girl's younger sister. Peer pressure to HURT someone is NOT OKAY. Bullying of any kind is NOT OKAY. If he would have told me they cornered him originally before we got home, I would definitely have said something to management, and their mothers. The staff really didn't care, if it's not on the rules, then they won't say anything. Hand to hand combat and hitting are NOT listed on any rules in the building so it really is imperative that parents at least have some grasp over their children. We got a membership and I'll be darned that I'm going into hypertension every trip from having to put other people's children in line. I felt so bad for the little sister, they told her to hurt him and ran off as to not be associated. The current verdict is👎 👎.
Always a hit with my son and his friends. Great activity, especially in the winter.
But it's ridiculous that a small 25 cent water bottle costs almost $3. At least make sure your water fountain is working.
Not worth 30 a ticket! Way to crowded. Long waits. Mean staff. And you can't bring in your own water! Instead, you have to stand in a long line for 30 minutes and pay 2.75 for a bottle of water! Wouldn't recommend for kids over 10 if you try. Very small and no bumper cars as advertised.
